The MSA V-Gard® Non-Slotted Protective Full Brim Hard Hat consists of a polyethylene shell with the new Fas-Trac III Suspension! V-Gard headwear features advanced styling and is available in sizes 6 1/2 to 8. The self-adjusting crown straps ensure a comfortable fit. V-Gard® Caps are not specifically designed to protect against lateral blows from the side, front or rear. ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Class E, Type I) and CSA Z94.1-2015 (Class E, Type I) when assembled with MSA Fas-Trac® or 1-Touch® Suspensions.
WARNING: Do not mix suspension and helmet sizes. Use only MSA suspensions on an MSA helmet. Failure to comply with the above will reduce the energy-absorbing ability of the protective helmet, which can result in injury or death. MSA recommends replacing hard hats and caps every 60 months and suspensions every 18 months.
